Cup detection mode:

When you lift your cup, the cup warmer switches to standby mode. It turns off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity.

To turn the cup detection mode on or off, simply press the button and hold it for 10 seconds or plug the cable back in.

The cup warmer turns off automatically after 8 hours of continuous operation.

Note:

Avoid touching the surface of the cup warmer while it is in operation to avoid burns.

Be careful not to immerse the cup warmer in water or other liquids.

The cup warmer is designed to keep your drink hot in a temperature range of 120°F – 140°F (50-60°C). Please note that this is not a heater.

To solve problems with the cup warmer, please do not try to open the bottom lid. Contact us instead and we will be happy to help you.

For optimal use, do not use the cup warmer.
